These terms apply to every purchase from Kanso Fashion at kansofashion.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment can't be verified. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at checkout when you place your order. If your card is issued outside Australia, your bank may apply its own conversion or transaction fees. We take care to keep prices accurate. If we find an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe and show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in size guides may vary slightly between items. If anything isn't clear (fit, length, material), email us before you order.

DELIVERY
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Return and Refund Policy.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, and without affecting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.

USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission. Website content, including text and images, belongs to Kanso Fashion or its licensors.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws of your place of residence that cannot be excluded.
